What the studio is working on
Geeek Labs builds working software at the frontier of talent and work. Current threads: treating every worker transition, not just onboarding, as a first-class product experience; organizing how work is done so the benefit compounds for the worker, not just the organization; and testing whether "how we do this work, today" can be captured precisely enough to survive changing systems and changing teams.
The current build
A worker-experience platform for transitions of every kind, with two named AI voice companions: one builds alongside the administrator, and one coaches the worker without doing the work for them. React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres, built daily with a Claude multi-agent dev team under spec-driven control planes. Working software. Contact to discuss demonstrations.
